UnlocX & Co. (CEO: Hirotaka Tanaka) will take part in NoMaps FOOD 2025, delivering a keynote session titled “The Future of Japan’s Food Industry” on Saturday, September 13, 2025, in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
NoMaps is an annual citywide festival held in Sapporo since 2016, marking its 10th edition this year. The event encompasses categories such as Tech, Sports, Wellness, and Food, featuring sessions, pitch events, food trucks, and local markets that bring together creativity, innovation, and community.
The keynote session will examine Japan’s food industry from political, social, and regional perspectives, highlighting how initiatives by emerging young producers, supported by policy frameworks, are creating new possibilities for the future of food.
