UnlocX & Co. (CEO: Hirotaka Tanaka) will co-host “SKS JAPAN 2025 -Global Foodtech Summit-”, one of Japan’s largest foodtech conferences, with The Spoon (USA) from October 23 (Thu) to 25 (Sat), 2025 at COREDO Muromachi Terrace in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.
Now in its 8th year, the summit is themed:
“Singular Visions, Collective Impact – UNLOCK & CO-CREATE.”
The event will convene innovators, changemakers, and ecosystem builders from around the globe to co-create the future of the food industry.
Across three days, the program will feature keynote sessions, venture pitches, and approximately 50 cutting-edge product showcases, along with citywide exhibits and food experience events. Topics will span agriculture, fisheries, food processing, distribution, and dining, with a strong focus on regenerative food systems and regional revitalization.
